Introduction

  • In this tutorial, we will show how to update personal information in the client account.

Requirements

  • Hostico client account

Steps

  • After successfully logging into the client account, go to the section User, on the left side of the page.
  • A new window will open, in which we will modify the fields in the Client Profile section. This window allows updating all data in the client account
  • After the data has been modified, click on the Update button to avoid losing the entered information.

Note

  • The data must be complete and real, and in the case of individuals, it must belong to an adult!
  • Updating the data in the client account is necessary in case of changes to the billing information.
  • In the event that a proforma invoice (or more) has already been issued in the customer account, their data will not be updated automatically as a result of data changes. For this aspect, you will need to update your proformas from your account: Update Proforma Invoice.
  • In the case of Legal Entities that do not have a registration number at the Trade Register, the field "Trade Register Registration No." will be filled in with a dash (-).
