Regarding the online support service. It is impeccable, but I have a suggestion that the chat window could either have sounds, to see when a new message has been received, because we might not notice when it comes in, or it could be brought to the foreground, above all browser windows when something changes (a new message, etc.). But anyway, 10 out of 10 for Hostico! Keep it up! Thank you.
