For most extensions, the domain name must consist of at least 3 characters and a maximum of 63. The characters used must belong to the Latin alphabet (Aa-Zz) and Arabic numbers (0-9), but at the same time, the character " - " can also be used. A domain name cannot start or end with " - ", however, digits (0-9) can be at the beginning and at the end of the domain name. Certain domain extensions also allow the use of diacritics from certain languages. For more information regarding domains, you can consult the Domain Terms. page.
